Duties:


  • Establish an operational team in alignment with company criteria.
  • Ensure the operation team meets KPIs.
  • Manage team performance and enhance capabilities through coaching, training, and motivation.
  • Resolve customer complaints and develop solutions.
  • Give feedback to the agents to improve performances.
