It's an exciting time to be part of IFF, we are looking for our next Marketing Manager to become part of our industry-leading Marketing team in Colombia.

This position is designed to deliver technical expertise and creative marketing with our team.

Supporting Colombia region based, the Marketing Manager works alongside with the sales team to better penetrate key customers and to further build our IFF image.

About You:

Job Requirements:

As a Marketing Manager, you will spend your time

Implementing the global marketing strategy into a regional marketing strategy.
Leading the development of marketing concepts and promotional tools to differentiate our portfolio for regional/local accounts based on the global marketing strategy and priorities.
Assisting and supporting the sales strategy in the territory.
Providing technical support and answering technical questions on the LMC portfolio.
Helping customers to design stories & concepts around our portfolio.
Providing technical training to reps and customers.
Organizing regional tradeshows and seminars and delivering educational (technical) seminars.
Customizing presentations based on customer demand.
Creating and presenting market trend reviews to customers.
Monitoring competition.
Mastering and championing regional customer and consumer understanding and identifying untapped consumer/customer needs and market dynamics.
Collaborating with LMC international marketing and R&D teams.

Required Skills:

Degree in cosmetics sciences/chemical engineering/chemistry or related field is required; MBA preferred.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in the cosmetic industry/formulation AND at least 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
Willing and able to travel up to 20%.
