- End-to-end recruitment process, from identifying top talent to making hiring decisions
- Researching and developing diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conducting video, phone and in person interviews
- Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
- Handling complex recruiting and scheduling processes with Hiring Managers and candidates
- Working closely with the marketing team to creatively market our brand in Colombia through events, presentations and social media
- Undergraduate degree or higher with solid academic performance
- 3-5 years full-time work experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience in proactive sourcing using internet job boards, or other job seeker database systems (i.e. LinkedIn, Xing, Github etc.) and analytical tools to drive talent pipelines
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reporting capabilities required
- Passionate about a career in talent acquisition and recruitment
- Advanced relationship building skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), listening, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to deliver goals under pressure / tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage time and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with MS Office and G Suite
