We are looking for a project manager

Principales funciones

Facilitate key ceremonies of Agile Scrum Framework from start to end such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective. Play a consultative role to help put in process, and tools supporting the Agile framework and coaching members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency.
Act as a Servant Leader in establishing project management principles and practices with an Agile development approach to provide the right balance of business agility.
Work with Product Owner/Product Manager to drive and facilitate decomposition of Epic Roadmaps into Product Backlog Items (PBIs) and ready it to handoff into team level backlogs.
Drive Quality and ensure the Definition of Done (DOD) is being followed; ensures each team member is fully engaged in the stories and making a meaningful contribution. Implement agile governance with key ceremonies, drives continuous improvement with constant assessments of velocity (team story point throughput), defect percentage improvements.
Create reports like burnup & burndown charts, sprints velocity etc. to track project progress in real time. Assess problems / risks and develop mitigation plans to avoid impact to the project.

Conocimientos necesarios

8+ years of experience in Agile Project management and Agile Development approach.
Proven leadership and project delivery experience with global teams for a large organisation with ability to manage cross functional teams.
Handson leader with strong people skills.
Wellversed in the use of tools of software delivery e.g., MS OFFICE, JIRA, Confluence.

Habilidades necesarias

Ability to effectively communicate specialist information in an understandable format to all stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, focusing on core scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.
Willingness to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Experiência

8+ years of experience in Agile Project management and Agile Development approach.
