We are looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing and Demand Generation to lead our marketing initiatives and drive our growth strategy.

    Position Overview:As the Head of Marketing and Demand Generation, you will be responsible for leading all marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution, including managing contractors, agencies, and projects, as well as diving into the work directly when needed. The ideal candidate will be a HubSpot expert, with a deep understanding of demand generation tactics and a track record of driving growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and market opportunities.
    • Demand Generation: Own all aspects of demand generation, including digital marketing, content strategy, SEO, PPC, cold email marketing, email marketing, and social media, to drive leads and customer acquisition.
    • HubSpot Mastery: Utilize HubSpot to its fullest potential, managing all marketing automation, CRM activities, and analytics to optimize marketing efforts.
    • Team Management: Manage a team of contractors and agencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
    • Brand Management: Elevate the R3TRACT brand, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all channels.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
    • Innovation: Stay ahead of marketing trends and technologies, incorporating new and creative approaches to demand generation.

    Requirements:

    • Proven Experience: At least 5-7 years of marketing experience with a focus on demand generation and digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
    • Expertise in HubSpot: Comprehensive knowledge of HubSpot, certified in HubSpot Marketing Hub.
    • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop strategic marketing plans and execute them with a focus on results.
    • Hands-On Approach: Willingness to dive into the work directly, demonstrating expertise in various marketing tactics and tools.
    • Leadership Skills: Experience managing contractors, agencies, and internal teams, with strong project management skills.
    • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
