As a
Senior Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and revenue growth for the organization within the Talentek enterprise segment.
- Sales: not cold calling provide people to call for new business / take calls
- Good on the phone since it is remote good working autonautonomy/communication
- Providing customer support: Offer exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers is crucial to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Building and maintaining relationships. This includes negotiating rates, managing contracts, and evaluating performance to ensure the best possible service and pricing for customers.

Minimum requirements:

Studies: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is
preferred.

Experience:(min 6 months) in Sales or related.

Language: English B2 or C1

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits:

Place: Remote Colombia

Compensation: 4.5 COP y + Commissions.
