WHAT YOU'LL DO:


The Learning & Engagement Coordinator is an integralmember of the Bogota Human Resources team and supports Learning & Engagagement activities as necessary for SSA.


On-boarding

  • Ensure a flawless and appropriate induction process for all new hires in SSA
  • Liaise with other stakeholders to update induction documentation and training contents
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders to schedule induction meetings and trainings
  • Monitor and update induction process as appropriate

Learning & Development

  • In coordination with L&D team deliver against training needs for all Consulting Staff in SSA
  • Maintain overview of regional and global training, register participants, track and monitor attendance and cancellations
  • Plan annual training curriculum
  • Design learning development of engaging and immersive learning
  • Organize virtual & inperson training events, support logistics, collect feedback
  • Leverage virtual training platforms

Wellbeing

  • Identify needs in order to support individuals at various stages of their work and personal life
  • Encourage BCGer's to be: physically and mentally well, socially motivated, in good financial health, and connected to their workplace and community
  • Undertake holistic assessments and design Wellbeing Plans for employees, identifying needs
  • Lead/implement new initiatives linked to employees' wellbeing and sustainability
  • Working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation
  • Liaise and network with appropriate vendors to ensure adequate usage and communication of wellbeing initiatives

Business Service Team Recruiting:


  • Coordinate recruiting for Business Services Team
  • Publishing job offers on BCG internal platform and external website, social media and job boards as required
  • Determine interview schedule, arrange interviews, conduct interviews as required

General HR & People Projects

  • Drive and execute SSA people agenda in close cooperation with SSA Learning & Engagement Senior Coordinator, People Director, People MDP and Local HR
  • Invest in various HR initiatives as needed (Process documentation, internal communication, Wellness initiative )
  • Execute our EVP initiatives such as Parenting Journey & Employee Journey
  • Drive initiatives to improve the employee experience with HR support by identifying and proposing solutions to inconsistent processes or gaps

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Psychology, HR or other businessrelated field
  • 35 years work experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Fluent Spanish and English required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Service oriented
