- Assist in managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and resolving tickets.
- Support the creation of internal communications for HR LATAM.
- Translate various Human Resources documents.
- Support the logistics of regional events and training programs.
- Assist in uploading training information to Success Factors and SikaLearn platforms.
- Manage the translation of E-learning materials on Rise Up (LMS).
- Contribute to designing strategies for the development and dissemination of new HR projects.
- Provide support in creating engaging presentations.
- Take meeting details/minutes efficiently.
- Generate Purchase Orders and manage vendors.
- Support the monthly personnel requisition process.
- Business Administration student or similar professions.
- Problem solving and creative thinking.
- Genuine care for people.
- Proactive, hands-on, with high learning agility.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in team in a multicultural environment.
- English: B2 or higher
- Portuguese: Desirable
