Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation, and diversity. Sr Territory Manager are responsible for developing and managing their assigned territory. This includes meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly AOP targets. Prepare and manage a salesforce pipeline that directly impacts sales growth through both partners and end-user sales. Engage with regional partners, national accounts, to understand their needs and build long-term relationships. Implement and use Honeywell's MOS for your designated region to help deliver your goals. Grow share of demand in the given territory, vertical, or customer set. Aggressively seek out new end-user customers to drive greater market penetration and new sources of revenue. Improve the safety, productivity and performance of assigned end-user customers and partners.

60% Time on the field, presenting products and solutions to customer stakeholders
20% Territory planning and execution, customer support, opportunity management, and forecasting
20% Develop new business opportunities in our key core markets, Prospecting and Market Development


YOU MUST HAVE

  • Electronic, electrical, mechanical engineer or similar.
  • Commercial skills (negotiation, channel and end user management) 4 years of experience (minimum)
  • Experience managing commercial excellence
  • CRMs as Nex, Oracle, or similar (4 years minimum).
  • Availability to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Background in building automation, integration solutions and/or HVAC (preferably)
  • English.
