As a virtual administrator you will have 3 major responsibilities, starting with SALES.

Here your job will be to connect with potential customers who show interest in our services (Home Cleaning).

We have different types of customers:
New (you would receive a lead, call them immediately, introduce our services and attempt to complete a sale). Sometimes you can't and you will need to patiently follow up.


Existing (they will call to rebook or ask for changes to their bookings) and you will try to accommodate them based on our calendar availability.


Past customers who you will often try to engage, remind them of our services and perhaps incentive them to come back.


Secondly, once you have some experience on the main parts of "selling" you will be asked to also play the critical role of administrator to our cleaning staff and cleaning partner-agencies.

Finding out about their availability, negotiating some of their new projects, booking them accordingly, assigning the jobs depending on type/price/availability, provide details of the project (as explained by customer) and making sure they arrive and leave on time (safely), all thru an APP and SMS/WhatsApp are the key tasks to perform.

You will be trained on this as it has a human component that is critical to the success of our business.


We expect you to be working remotely (your location is your choice) but hopefully an environment where noise can be controlled.

You are expected to be always ON for no less than 8 hrs a day (starting at 8am ) and ending by 5pm.

We are flexible, but need to guarantee you have sense of urgency and constantly focused on reacting to our business needs.

The more we focus, the faster we grow.


You must be fully bilingual with a very comprehensive handling of both English (mainly) and Spanish (verbal and writing equally important).

Also, you must be commercially inclined as you will need to engage with many customers and pitch our business, negotiate a price and convince them we are their ideal choice.

Finally, we expect you to be tech-savy, very comfortable with our apps and desk platforms so that you can manage them and also help us leverage each fully.

If you have experience in the service industry and/or have worked at a professionally managed Call center it will be considered a plus.


Pay:
$2,500,000 - $3,800,000 per month
