Apex is a leading influencer management and marketing agency based in the UK/Colombia, working with a roster of over 400+ creators across the globe.

As the Head of US Division, you will play a pivotal role in managing all agency activities in the United States.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of influencer marketing, excellent team leadership skills, and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.

You will be responsible for managing our US team, overseeing day-to-day agency operations, and driving business development efforts.

This role is in
English, so we're looking for
C1 or above qualifications. And the office is in Poblado, Medellin. Strong English skills are a must as this is a client facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and manage our team in the US, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success. This includes managing the team located in Colombia.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow client relationships by regularly communicating with clients, addressing their needs, and refining our working methods. Conduct bi-weekly/monthly client calls to touch base and ensure client satisfaction.

Talent Sourcing and Onboarding: Take ownership of sourcing and onboarding new influencer talent in the US. Identify promising creators, negotiate contracts, and ensure a seamless onboarding process.

Agency Operations: Handle day-to-day responsibilities involved in running an influencer agency, such as addressing payment queries from creators, maintaining accurate rosters and a clean database, and ensuring all agency operations are efficient and up-to-date.

Weekly Reporting: Provide weekly reports on the division's performance, challenges, and opportunities, keeping the Managing Director informed.

Business Development: Proactively seek out new leads and clients. Identify opportunities to expand our client base and forge new partnerships. Participate in meetings and networking events to meet potential clients and foster relationships.

Brand Client Conversion: Oversee and manage the process of converting brand client inquiries from the partnerships inbox into leads and potential campaigns. Collaborate with the team to create compelling proposals and presentations.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field, with a track record of managing teams and client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape in the US.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problemsolving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive in identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with influencer databases and industry tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events (as needed).

Salary:
From $4,000,000 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
