Responsibilities:

Workflow Creation: Design, implement, and manage workflows within HubSpot to automate marketing and sales processes.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues within HubSpot, ensuring smooth operation of marketing campaigns and automation.

Report Building: Develop comprehensive reports to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and automation workflows, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Back-end Integrations: Establish and maintain back-end connections with various properties to streamline data flow and enhance marketing efficiency.

Audience Creation: Utilize HubSpot to create targeted audiences for personalized marketing efforts, improving engagement and conversion rates.

Strategic Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine the overall marketing strategy, leveraging HubSpot's capabilities to achieve business goals.


Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing automation and campaign management, preferably within HubSpot.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create detailed reports and derive actionable insights.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within marketing platforms.
• Proficient in creating and managing backend integrations and audiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• HubSpot certification(s) is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing automation role, with significant exposure to HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
