Job Overview:

EEmployment Type: Indefinite Term Contract

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify patients' health insurance benefits for accuracy.
• Accurately post payments considering a multi-office environment.
• Document basic insurance information in patient files for quick access.
• Process and submit insurance claims daily.
• Resolve rejected insurance claims swiftly and efficiently.
• Manage outstanding insurance claims, ensuring 90% of them remain current.
• Send necessary documentation (e.g., x-rays, narratives) to insurance companies as requested.
• Communicate with insurance companies to resolve payment delays, request clarifications, or dispute denied claims.

• English Proficiency: C1 level or higher.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
