Description

The LATAM FP&A Specialist supports the planning and reporting processes including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of financial and operational information for other Latin America markets excluding Brazil and Mexico, and participates with other related FP&A initiatives and the consolidation for LATAM region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage Budget, monthly planning, including but not limited gathering input for all P&L lines, inventory forecasts, and completion of budget decks. Including the loading process in Hyperion management system.
• Elaborate the Financial Rolling Forecast by country, business unit, and sku, including loading and review process in Hyperion system.
• Perform analysis and reporting for Invoice Sales and Net Sales closing flashes every week.
• Gather data from departments, update periodic reports, analyze data, financial modeling, to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage Price and Cost customer lists, analyze the profitability of all the product for every market under the region.
• Generate and analyze the profitability by BU, country, sales manager, and brand to support in the decision making and financial maximization.
• Responsible of monthly financial reviews with business partners to communicate financial performance and business issues.
• Update budget tracking file and perform necessary analysis. Provide clear, concise, and accurate analysis of variances to budget/forecast.
• Monthly Business Review Excel and PPT files preparation.
• Respond to complex, escalated enquiries; and ensure that the financial planning and analysis projects are conducted credibly, and that recommendations and reports are accurate and timely.
• Perform adhoc financial analysis upon request that is meaningful and impactful.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and accounting.
• Strong knowledge in general accounting, financial statements, analysis and financial planning.
• Internal Reporting experience.
• Fluent English
• Ability to handle ongoing changes in business.
• Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion and Essbase Planning is strongly preferred.
• Highly organized and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
• Ability to manage a large workload with a sense of urgency and adapt real time to reprioritization by managing many countries.
• Microsoft Office, mainly Excel: experience with large data sets, forecasting, & planning.
• Ability to synthesize financial / business impact information into clear and concise summaries for presentation to senior finance and business stakeholders with a key objective to influence in key decisions at a director level.
• Action oriented and ability to be objective.
• Team player with strong abilities to interact with their other LATAM peers.
