The Role:
The Campaign Management Senior oversees the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns for Zebra's product portfolio within specific markets or regions.
Responsible for enhancing customer relationships, this position entails campaign design, implementation, analysis, and performance evaluation within a deep understanding of Zebra's clientele and their preferred communication channels.
- Creating exceptional customer journeys and experiences across digital touchpoints
- Media planning, activation, reporting, and continuous analysis and optimization
- Management of paid and organic social media, including content posting, monitoring, and engagement
- Providing strategic guidance and support for ecommerce platforms
- Developing ongoing nurture strategies and their implementation
- Enhancing campaign development and execution efficiency
- Measuring, reporting, and communicating campaign results
- Supervising suppliers on ongoing projects
- Serving as a primary digital advocate, educating marketing teams on critical website journeys and performance metrics
- Collaborating with global counterparts to facilitate global campaign content development and delivery
- Updating microsites and campaign pages, coordinating with the web team for website modifications and campaign content merchandising
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or campaign management
- Proven track record as a facilitator and campaign strategist
- Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
- Hands-on approach to project management with a proactive attitude
- Proficiency in implementing digital marketing campaigns with a test-and-measure mindset
- Experience with testing and deploying communication funnels and marketing automation tools such as Eloqua and SalesForce is advantageous
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Copywriting skills are a plus
- Creativity for bringing forth new and innovative concepts
- Understanding of complex organizational frameworks
- Previous experience in operational budget management
- Resilience, focus, and a positive outlook, capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with web analytics and software like Adobe / Google
Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, etc.
Working at heights, moving between positions in varied environments, and remaining stationary for extended periods
Performing physical tasks like stooping, bending, reaching, and pushing/pulling objects
Navigating between worksites, exchanging information with colleagues, and operating machinery/tools
Driving vehicles or heavy equipment, assessing work accuracy, and performing repetitive tasks involving wrists, hands, or fingers
Exposure to extreme temperatures, outdoor elements, noise, and other workplace hazards
