Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and direct all company operations in Colombia, ensuring compliance with business and financial objectives.
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase the company's presence and profitability in the Colombian market.
3. Establish strong relationships with key clients and business partners to drive business growth.
4. Manage and lead multidisciplinary teams, including sales, operations, human resources, and finance departments.
5. Make strategic decisions in areas such as market expansion, product and service development, and risk management.
6. Analyze the company's financial and operational performance in Colombia and take corrective actions as necessary.
7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings with clients and stakeholders.
8. Ensure compliance with government regulations and quality standards in all company operations in Colombia.

Requirements:

1. At least 10 years of experience in management roles in the BPO industry.
2. Demonstrated experience in leading teams and operations in a complex business environment.
3. Deep knowledge of the Colombian market and the BPO sector.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Spanish and English.
5. Proven ability to make strategic decisions and effectively solve problems.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
7. Strong leadership, motivation, and teamwork skills.
