ABOUT YOU:

If you are a passionate Principal Software Engineer excited about leveraging Kepler OS for Fire TV Devices, we invite you to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional streaming experiences to our customers.

YOUR DAY-

DAY:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand product requirements, design specifications, and user expectations.
Implement features and functionality, adhering to coding standards, best practices, and industry trends in React Native development.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and alignment with established architectural principles.
Work closely with the QA team to define and execute effective testing strategies, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and timely bug resolution.
Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in React Native development and streaming technologies, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Identify and address technical challenges, collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Contribute to a positive team environment through open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.

YOU HAVE:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
Strong understanding of the React Native development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Experience with streaming technologies and media playback.
Familiarity with the Kepler operating system is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using development tools such as Visual Studio Code, Git, and Jira.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills, with the ability to overcome technical challenges efficiently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
