Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns from scratch
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns from scratch
- Understand and optimize for key performance indicators such as return on ad spend (ROAS), clickthrough rate (CTR), and cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Build marketing dashboards to track and analyze campaign performance
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance
- Bring directtoconsumer (D2C) experience to inform and optimize media strategy
Required Experience:
You'll need to be completely fluent in both written and verbal English.
You need to be able to communicate quickly, and you need to have the following experience:
- 12 years of experience Creating and Implementing Custom Conversion Events in Meta
- 12 years of experience using Google Tag Manager
- Ability to build marketing dashboards and track analytics
- Directtoconsumer (D2C) experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret data
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful Paid Media campaigns
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of various marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc
Interview Notes:
The interview process will be a video submission, then a written submission, then 2 live interviews. In total, the entire interview process shouldn't take you more than 1-2 hours.
Salary:
$120,000 per month

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
