    Role Overview:

    We are in search of an accomplished Finance Specialist who will lead our accounts receivable and payable operations while crafting essential checks and routines to ensure data accuracy and process integrity within our accounting software and CRM. This pivotal role involves collaborating with sales consultants, clients, managing a team in the Philippines, and diligently following up on payments, with a global focus, especially on Brazilian and Colombian students in LATAM and Australia.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Accounts Receivable & Payable Mastery: Efficiently manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant.
    2. Multiple Account Reconciliation: Expertly manage the reconciliation of multiple accounts, ensuring precision and consistency across various financial records.
    3. Balance Maintenance Across Multiple Systems: Maintain accurate balances across multiple financial systems, ensuring data integrity and alignment with our financial objectives.
    4. Financial Reporting, Forecasting, and Budget Management: Generate insightful financial reports, develop accurate forecasts, and implement effective budget controls to facilitate informed decision-making and optimize financial performance within the organization.
    5. Process Optimization: Create and implement checks and routines to enhance data accuracy and streamline processes within our accounting software and CRM.
    6. Global Payment Coordination: Liaise with sales consultants and clients globally to facilitate payment follow-ups, with a specific focus on Brazilian and Colombian students in LATAM and Australia.
    7. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team located in the Philippines, ensuring they operate effectively in their respective roles.


    Requirements

    • Proven experience in accounts receivable and payable roles - as well as account reconciliation, reporting, forecasting and budget management.
    • Demonstrated ability to design and implement checks and routines to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
    • Effective communication skills to coordinate with global teams and clients.
    • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
    • Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with accounting software and CRM systems.
    • Dedication to meeting deadlines and a strong work ethic.
    • A background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is desirable.
