Your Role and Responsibilities

Dar apoyo al Especialista Técnico Comercial para realizar las siguientes actividades: - Lidera con el ejemplo mediante el crecimiento continuo de habilidades para el dominio de la marca y la ampliación al conocimiento de marcas cruzadas para identificar mejor las sinergias tecnológicas de IBM para los clientes.

- Demuestra una profunda experiência técnica y conocimiento del dominio comercial en sus áreas de especialidad seleccionadas - Practicante práctico visible y evangelista de nuestra tecnología tanto interna como externamente - Promueve el uso máximo de la totalidad de nuestros recursos técnicos, incluidos los equipos de ingeniería del cliente, ecosistema y Customer Success Manager (CSM).

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Inglés intermedio (Lectura, escritura y habla)
  • Fuertes skills en desarrollo: Ansible, C++, Python, javascript, git, github, conocimientos de línea de comandos, linux, conocer lo básico de desarrollo web backend/frontend, lo básico de programación para hacer scripting.
  • Conocimientos en nube (IBM, AWS, Azure, etc)
  • Conocimientos claros en IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, así como kubernetes, docker, manejo del lenguaje Linux, métodos numéricos y estadísticos ( Pará temas de AI), Python.

  • Inglés 100%
  • Liderazgo y fuertes habilidades de comunicación con la capacidad de entrenar con franqueza radical y respeto
