    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

    Drive and balance Sales & Marketing initiatives by developing seasonal strategy towards the success of our brand and our key strategic accounts traced in LAM. Develop the Account Marketing Plans in line with brand, channel, and customer priorities, and drive the implementation in line with Regional Account Marketing strategy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Plan, execute and control the Account Marketing Plan (AMP) within the exercise of the global KAM Excellence process: AFB > SBP >JAPs > AMP > SELL-IN > PRODUCT LAUNCH in collaboration with WHS sales transformation and local teams focused on improving both sell in and sell out, ensuring quality growth.

    · Increase adidas market share within strategic planning and implementation of AMP.

    · Guarantee brand leadership among our Key Accounts through optimal planning and execution of all key account marketing elements.

    · Ensure integration of the KA's Digital Strategy, ISC and Roll Out into the country's priorities, getting a strong collaboration with DPC team.

    · Tracking and revision of the seasonal Brand & Commercial calendar.

    · Present seasonal Account Marketing strategy to required functions in Marketing (Omni, SPOMA, & Digital) and WHS (DPC & Key accounts) to align expectations and needs from each stakeholder.

    · Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to country teams with supporting sell-in activities from planning to execution.

    · Create synergies between brand and WHS address to leverage brand content and momentum across all trading points.

    · Provide all necessary tools to ensure a correct deployment of KA's Brick & Click Strategy getting positive and fast ROI.

    · Monitor implementation and results/ROI of Key Account Marketing activities as outlined in the Account Marketing Plans.

    Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

    · Experienced in similar jobs and fully qualified/trained

    · Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge on In Store Activation and Digital Marketing

    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    · Ability to organize & prioritize working autonomously and as part of a team

    · Establish negotiation skills with external agencies

    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

    · 3 years experience
