    Summary/Objective:

    As a Digital Connections Executive (DCE) you will be an integral part of our digital media team, with a focus to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through targeted digital media campaigns (paid). You will leverage various paid channels including display ads, social media advertising, SEM, PPC (Pay per Click), and more to reach audiences efficiently and effectively.

    Digital Connections Executive actively supports other digital media team members in the development and deployment of paid digital media campaigns going to market in Puerto Rico, Domestic (US) & International Markets.

    The DCC will act as the team's specialist for campaign implementation and reporting, with direct exposure to daily campaign management, supporting Campaign Managers on the strategic deployment and execution of paid digital media strategies. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, eager to learn, detail-oriented team member who can work autonomously and is passionate for driving business growth strategies via digital channels.

    This position requires a tactical viewpoint, aided by intellectual curiosity, strong problem solving skills, analytical thinking, along with a curiosity for the ever-evolving digital media ecosystem.

    Collaboration with the creative, business management and analytics teams will be crucial to develop compelling ads and measure their success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Digital Media Campaign Deployment and Management: Support Campaign Managers in the successful execution of digital campaigns, following approved plan and strategy.
    • Ad Creation Liaison: Coordinate across agency / partner teams to ensure developing engaging and persuasive ad content, in alignment with overall marketing goals and following technical / strategic communication guidelines.
    • Coordinate with traffic/project management to ensure proper and on-time delivery of media assets.
    • Pre-Campaign Implementation Checklist: evaluate / confirm all aspects of the brand's digital marketing ecosystem are in place for a proper campaign execution, some of these include proper account level access, analytics set up, measurement plan, etc.
    • Campaign Implementation: Hands-on campaign implementation across multiple channels / platforms, following previously established strategic plan to achieve established KPI's. Alight with industry best practices for successful implementation, which will set a campaign for success from inception.
    • Budget Management: Oversee the allocation and management of the advertising budget to maximize ROI. Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market trends.
    • Campaign Monitoring / Optimizations: Actively monitor performance across all platforms and track progress against established KPIs. Maintain constant communication with Executives, Managers and/or Head of Integrated Media for ongoing KPI monitoring, optimization, and reporting. Manage content promotion across social media platforms
    • Develop and place media buy orders: Work with outside media sales representatives and maintain professional relationships
    • Collaborate with client partners to ensure proper campaign execution, data cohesiveness, KPI monitoring / tracking and provide campaign insights.
    • Reporting & Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate detailed reports. Make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns for better performance.Develop campaign reports and highlight performance insights
    • Billing: Work on billing reconciliation for client invoicing.

    • Comfortable in spreadsheets (Excel & Google Sheets)

    Preferred Education and Related Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Proficiency in MAC and Office suites, including but not limited to Excel and Powerpoint
    • Proficiency in all Google and cloud-based services
    • Other Requirements: Continue his / her professional development and education program via: Professional education provided by the company
    • Individual / Proactive professional development
    • Any professional certifications are not required, but a plus. If available should be brought forward. Ex: Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, etc.

    Physical Demands:

    Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    Schedule Requirements:

    Due to the nature of the business this position requires to work Monday to Friday day shifts but must be available to work flexible shifts, holidays & weekends should it be asked.
