Purpose

  • Support the development and deployment of Supply Chain policies and processes and ensure they are followed, with particular reference to ethical standards.
  • Work with team members and other functional areas to ensure internal and external customer needs are met.
  • Manage improvement requests to Supply Chain processes
  • Manage change management as part of the implementation of improvements

Responsibilities

  • Work with key business stakeholders and functional area leaders to build a continuous improvement environment that supports an ongoing change program.
  • Lead and facilitate LEAN/process improvement based workshops to drive ideas and solutions.
  • Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency by identifying and eliminating unnecessary complexity and identifying better ways of working.
  • Identify process trends and variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a "best in class" continuous improvement strategy.
  • Assume responsibility for change initiatives from identifying evolution/efficiency to project delivery through governance and internal controls.
  • Elicit requirements and drive process change using staff interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, visits, business process descriptions, business analysis and workflow analysis.
  • Work with other team members and departments to design new support materials based on revised processes, including training, reporting, and systems improvements.
  • Actively monitor project risks to anticipate/identify potential issues and proactively identify solutions to address them early.
  • Ensure business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported and managed at all times.
  • Complete postimplementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and ensure improvements can be made for future projects.
  • Understanding of strategic objectives
  • Work closely with directors to assess impacts and ensure alignment with Worley strategies and policies.
  • Help establish a strategic relationship between Worley and its supply chain.
  • Contribute to the delivery of a strong governance structure, aligned with contractual commitments to Worley and its suppliers, and encourage appropriate innovation, development and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends in the industry within your area of expertise and communicate potential impact on the business.

What will you bring?

Mandatory Requirements
- +10 years of experience in similar functions and positions


Education

  • University degree in areas related to business administration, economics, engineering or related careers
  • Advanced English (C1)
