- Inventory management: Track raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods metrics aligned with plans.
- Team leadership: Demonstrate effective leadership, especially in multicultural settings, to improve performance and engagement.
- Effective communication: Communicate clearly across all levels, demonstrating empathy and emotional maturity.
