    Responsibilities

    The Opportunity

    The main objective of this position is to have an information supporter with skills to analyze and process different sources of information in order to be more agile in decision making. This role must constantly highlight opportunities towards our brands (Pepsi, 7uP, Gatorade and H2OH), propose, execute, and do follow-up to push plans and initiatives in the traditional channel (where 90% of the business volume lies) working as a team with the bottler area of Trade Marketing and GTM TAT.

    Your Impact

    As Fran Dev Representative your responsibilities would consist of ...

  • Active participation in Pepsico franchise and bottlers GTM TAT agenda.
  • Propose, build, execute and align initiatives for traditional trade along with marketing, agencies, and bottler for all Pepsico brands.
  • Follow up to initiatives (scorecard building), ensure the correct execution of the commercial actions agreed with the Bottler.
  • Nielsen and internal data management & analysis to highlight opportunities, competition threats, price, portfolio and category behaviour.
  • Influence and strengthen networking with sales regional managers, trade coordinators and frontline.
  • Constant market visits to read execution, competition actions, trade/channel needs, consult brand performance and other operation needs.
  • Build, track and share commercial Kpi ́s reports. (Daily Report, Weekly report, Monthly brand scorecard with sales and nielsen performance).
  • Manage push coop budget spending of aprox USD 6MM.
  • SOX controls.
  • Qualifications

    Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor Degree - Engineering, Business Administration or Finance.
  • Excel Intermediate – Advanced.
  • Intermediate English language skills – Advanced.
  • People skills, must do a lot of networking and get along with bottler teams and interact with all type of positions and levels.
