As a Requisition-to-Pay Associate:


The R2P Associate will be responsible for being the "single point of contact" (SPOC) for interactions between the requesters, business partners, sourcing specialists and accounts payable specialists ensuring a positive and compliant end user experience.

These interactions would primarily be (but not limited to) providing general assistance to purchase requisitions - i.e.

Basic navigation guidance/help and more detailed assistance - such as requisition creation, PO creation, receiving, PO closer and status updates.


As an associate you will be accountable for creating a seamless experience for the requestor/business partner when using the Global Service Procurement (GSP).


You are also responsible for insuring compliance to the defined processes when engaging with the various end users (requestor, business partner, suppliers, fellow associates).


Continuous Improvement**- Support initiative related to automations, data analysis, reporting, efficiencies. Etc.

  • Identify / Develop best practices & leverage across affiliates to ensure effective & efficient deployment of standard processes within affiliates
  • Gather and analyze R2P process and service performance data, perform root cause analysis, use benchmark data and best practices to identify opportunities for improvements.

Qualifications:


Qualifications:


  • A bachelor's degree is required, with a preferred concentration in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related.
  • 12 years of related experience in business related fields
  • For this role it is required to manage MS Excel at an advanced level.
  • For this role it is required to speak English at an intermediate to advanced level.
  • Strong MS PowerPoint, Word and Access skills.
  • Experience in creating and managing dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Tableau or similar platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems, with the ability to extract data and generate reports from these systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments within the organization.
  • Resultsoriented mindset and ability to work in a dynamic, goaloriented environment.
  • Shared Services experience is a plus.
  • Skills related to Procurement and experience interacting with customer (customer service experience) processes are a plus.
  • Portuguese language command is a plus.
