    Sales Transaction Associate (Hybrid)

    We are looking to hire a Sales Transactions Administrator to join our Commercial Operations Team. This role will focus on driving revenue byexecutingtransactional requests related to the quote/order process, ensuring timelyprocessing throughout the lifecycle. The role also contributes to team success by being a senior resource acting as asubject matter expert and mentorin support of other team members.

    What you will be doing

    Creatingquotes/ordersat the direction of the Sales organization and ensuring prompt processing of supporting actions

    Ensuring quotes/orders are processedaccurately in compliance with company policies

    Engage effectively withcross-functionalstakeholders on approvals, quote/order configuration and dependent activities

    -Enter and validateproduct configuration based on provided details

    Research customer agreements, terms, and any specifics that may affect the quote/order process

    Utilizes diverse organizational tools, data, and assets to support operational activities

    Embraces changes due to audit findings, events or transformation needs; conducts audits and determine remediation/preventive measures

    Prioritize workload to complete transactional tasks within established Service Level Objectives (SLOs).

    Manages escalations, issue investigation and creates post-mortem analysis

    Act as a resource and role model for colleagues with less experience; develops and manages onboarding plan for new team members

    Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed to support system changes

    Serve as a subject matter expert by taking on project work and supportingrequests related to established processes

    Review process documentation and provide necessary updates

    What you should have

    Working experience supporting Business, Revenue, Sales, Customer Care, Legal and/or Finance Operations, preferably in Data Center, Cloud or Telecom industry preferred

    Bachelor's degree preferred

    Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

    Ability to explain complex information simply and clearly

    Business-savvy and at ease with corporate applications (e.g. CRM, ERP, BI)

    Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, international environment

    Advanced English (written and verbal)
