Your role at Clorox:
The Plant Manager leads and owns all functions of Manufacturing including, Safety, Environmental, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Production and Continuous Improvement.
In this role, you will:
Responsibilities include:
- People/ Leadership development
- Manufacturing long range plan aligned to business needs
- Safety and Environmental to include hazardous materials
- Deliver Operating Costs
- Drive GME
- Deliver Quality
- Ensure product availability
- Community relations
- Manage Admin budget
- In charge of the plant operating cost Plant Projects
- Cost Saving initiatives
What we look for:
- 10 years of experience in Manufacturing (preferably at a Consumer Packaging Company)
- Very strong leadership traits (including Compassion, Humility, Integrity, Curiosity, Optimism,)
- Demonstrated experience as the Site Manager with total site responsibilities
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, communication and teambuilding skills
- Demonstrated skills in the use of SAP, KPI's, management reviews, loss categories and improvement plans
- Leadership in a TPM environment
- Interpersonal skills to effectively lead and influence and work across organizational boundaries including corporate resources, contractors, functions, and Plant personnel
