Job:
USA Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location:
Medellin, Colombia (El Poblado)

Schedule: 7am-5pm Monday through Friday (US Calendar)

Compensation:
Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions

Responsibilities:

Execute a high volume of successful closures, earning commission for every deal you seal.
Maintain a robust pipeline of potential closures and exceed monthly targets.
Embrace a commissiondriven mindset that fuels your ambition.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in English.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a commissionbased role, showcasing your dealclosing skills.
Minimum of three (3) years of Recruiting experience.
Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities, ensuring smooth interactions throughout the hiring process.
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office suite and ATS systems.
An energetic, driven personality that aligns with commissionfocused success.
A track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales or closure targets.
Strong sense of ownership and belonging within a teamdriven environment.
