Who You'll Work With:


  • You will be based in Bogota as part of the S4G team, the Salesforce technology backbone of the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice within McKinsey.

What You'll Do:


  • You will be designing solutions based on Salesforce clouds: Sales, Service, Marketing, Analytics.
  • You will be analyzing business processes. You will be leading the configuration and development of businessoriented IT solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will be defining complex data migration throughout the projects.

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of

OOP:
Frontend or Backend web development, PHP, Java, Python, or similar

  • High level of oral and written communication, patience, proactivity, customer orientation, resultoriented, and high organizational capacity
  • Knowledge of project methodologies
  • Resultoriented and proactive in your work
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
