PROPÓSITO DEL CARGO
Ingresar las órdenes de compra que lleguen de clientes y vendedores que soportan. Realizar seguimiento a entregas e inventarios, atención y respuestas a los clientes dentro de los acuerdos de servicio.

Trabajar bajo los lineamientos establecidos para la región y participar activamente en la búsqueda de mejora de procesos en conjunto con la Coordinación.


FUNCIONES

  • Ingresar las órdenes de compra recibidas en los tiempos definidos dentro del acuerdo de servicio.
  • Realizar todo el proceso establecido durante el ingreso de la orden: revisión de Inventarios, lead-times, aprobaciones, entre otros.
  • Soportar al país y vendedores a cargo en todas las solicitudes que tienen con áreas funcionales y procesos post-venta.
  • Hacer seguimiento a las órdenes colocadas hasta la entrega de las mismas. Comunicar al cliente del estado de las órdenes y las fechas de entrega o novedades.

Formación Académica Básica:
Estudiantes de octavo semestre en adelante, carrera profesional.


Años de Experiência en el Cargo: 3 años de experiência en Customer Service/atendimiento a clientes.
