Job requirements:

• Experienced in residential and interior design,
• Must be open and interested in learning the legal requirements, standards and specifications for commercial, residential and interior design and drafting in the United States.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCad, 3D modeling and rendering + extensive knowledge of Revit and Adobe Suite.
• Other software for drafting and visualization of architectural and interior design work is a plus.

Objectives:

• Creation of building drawings/plans for construction and permit use.
• Perform refurbishing design projects
• Capable of creating photo realistic renders for projects when required.
• Contribute to the successful growth and expansion of the architectural department.
• Learn, assimilate and implement drafting and constructive representation on plans for new and existing construction, building extensions and remodeling per US construction codes and drafting standards.

Requirements:

• The position is a hybrid work environment. (4) days homeoffice, (1) day office. Must live in the metropolitan area of Medellin.
• Reliable Stable internet connection required.
• Should use his/her own computer during work trial/training period. The company will provide the software necessary for the job.

Schedule/Working hours:

48 hours

Monday-Thursday: 7:00am - 6pm

Fridays: 7:00am - 4pm
