We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent who speaks fluent English to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Full-time availability (48 hours per week, with 2 days off).
• Advanced level of written communication in English.
• Assertive communication skills in English.
• Technical skills to communicate through multiple channels (voice, email, and social media).
