JOB DUCK IS HIRING VIRTUAL INTAKE SPECIALISTS
Job Duck is a virtual staffing company currently hiring virtual Intake Specialists. Employees work from their homes and are matched to a single business.

Starting pay is $900 US Dollars per month.

Duties include but are not limited to

Welcoming and registering new clients
Maintaining and updating detailed databases of information
Organizing schedules for meetings and appointments.
Answering clients' and customers' queries in a timely manner, both verbally and in writing.
Answering and making phone calls.

Skills and traits required:

At least 9 months of experience in a related field or a related degree.
Advanced or nativelevel English skills (written and spoken)
Strong persuasion skills.
Excellent phone etiquette.
High efficiency and time management
Administrative skills
Attention to Detail
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and computer literacy
Your own reliable and updated PC, a headset, and good internet speed(at least 30mb/s).
