    役割概要

    Senior Backend Engineer (CallCenter Team) として、BtoB SaaS企業の自社サービスの開発に携わり、革新的なコールセンターのソリューションを提供するプロダクトをリードします。リアルタイム性が求められるミッションクリティカルなシステムの設計・開発を担当し、ユーザー体験を最大化するための機能開発や最適化を行います。

    具体的には、CSサポートツールや業務システムの開発において、最新の技術を駆使しながら、安定性と拡張性を兼ね備えたプロダクトの実現に貢献します。デザイナーやプロダクトマネージャーと緊密に連携し、迅速なフィードバックサイクルを実現しつつ、ユーザーのニーズに即応したシステムを開発していきます。

    必須要件

    • 高可用性が求められるサービスのバックエンド設計・開発・レビュー、及び保守・運用経験
    • 性能、可用性、保全性を考慮したマイクロサービスアーキテクチャの設計・構築経験
