Job Description

We're looking for an ambitious and results-driven Head of Recruiting to lead our talent acquisition efforts.

The successful candidate will oversee our recruitment strategy, manage our talent acquisition team, and ensure we hire and retain the best talent.

The Head of Recruiting will work to achieve strategic hiring and diversity & inclusion goals and will be instrumental in shaping our employer brand.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
• Leading a team of recruiters and driving efficiency and results in the hiring process.
• Leveraging recruitment analytics to monitor, improve, and streamline recruitment operations.
• Promoting our employer brand to attract top-quality candidates.
• Meeting strategic hiring and diversity & inclusion goals.

Requirements

• Ambitious and positive attitude.
• Proficiency in English
• Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies is desirable.
• Experience in recruitment, specifically in leadership roles, is required.
• Ability to manage a diverse team and work with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Availability to work full-time and flexibility for occasional travel as needed.
• Selected candidates will be required to complete a criminal background check.

Benefits

Salary: $4,692,976 - $8,013,876 per month
