Team Overview:


We are looking for a passionate & talented marketer with the ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to develop and execute effective holistic product marketing strategies, always seeking for the best solution and innovating to create value for our users.

Someone who is capable of creating strategic frameworks while ensuring end-to-end planning and execution.

This person must be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, listening to colleagues' needs to align goals and expectations in a fast growing and rapidly changing environment, sorting through ambiguously defined problems, and identifying market challenges and opportunities to support the company's objectives.

In this role you will be reporting to the Passenger Marketing Lead.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Create endtoend marketing strategies and campaigns for product launches and positioning.
  • Define and segment target customer personas to tailor marketing efforts.
  • Understand customer pain points and needs to provide solutions through communications.
  • Define and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience.
  • Develop compelling product narratives and value propositions.
  • Datadriven thinking approach for decision making.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop gotomarket plans.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs to measure campaign success.
  • Analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts.

Role Qualifications:

  • BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related Education
  • Have +34 years of experience in Integrated Marketing Communication
  • Experience creating & executing strategic integrated marketing campaigns, research/insights, channel & comms planning, and campaign measurement & reporting.
  • Analytical capacity to deliver results, ability to justify the implementation of marketing and communication strategies with their corresponding KPIs and desired outcomes.
  • Proven experience and knowledge in copywriting.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving capability, applicable to communication strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to implement a plan for task management and crossdepartmental collaboration.
  • Ability to brief and evaluate creative & media strategies Fully understand the role of marketing communication on driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Able to solve complex issues within the functional area supported by data and consumer insights.
  • Passion for high performance: A track record of being an energetic & optimistic team member with a collaborative spirit and the ability to influence and unify crossfunctional teams, peers, and leaders.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory.
