Qualifications: - Previous experience in school leadership
- Knowledge of school administrative processes and curriculum development
- Handson experience with MS Office and education management systems (preferably Schoology, Chalk, Phidias)
- Attention to detail
- Great presentation and communication skills
- Crisis management
- Ability to coach and inspire
- A previous classroom teaching experience of at least 3 years
- Degree in Education; Master's degree, PhD is a plus
- Knowledge of leadership techniques to foster collaboration
- Skills in the use of data to drive decisions
- Strategic planning skills

Job Description:
We are looking for a new Middle School Academic Coordinator to join our team and foster a healthy learning environment for our students.
Your primary responsibilities will be to supervise our Middle School teachers and oversee the Middle School's day-to-day operations.
To succeed in this role, you should be able to make quick decisions under pressure and have a comprehensive understanding of the curricula.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daytoday school operations
- Manage school logistics
- Set learning goals for students and teachers based on academic performance
- Monitor and report on teacher performance
- Present data from school performance to the Academic Council
- Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching
- Interview and hire school personnel
- Review and implement school policies
- Provide guidance and mentoring for teachers
- Handle emergencies and school crises
- Organize school events and assemblies
- Ensure a safe and caring environment for students and teachers
- Attend conferences to gain knowledge on current educational trends
- Create learning communities in Middle Schools
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, teachers, students, and families
