MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Execute plan to Distributors and end users related to activation, innovation & renovation to support partner/distributor growth and increase demand translated into i) new business, ii) increase upsell/cross sell and iii) reduce customer churn & increase loyalty. Drives channel engagement and preference. Execute category launches & trainings to channels and end users, in collaboration with technical support.

Work collaboratively with sales leaders and their teams to ensure they are informed and have the tools required for audience acquisition, penetration & loyalty.


ROLE ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Track metrics to quantify distributor program impact & ROI
  • Comunicate to partners about the acquisition, penetration and loyalty executional plans for end user based on customer segmentation
  • Track distributors executional plan based on incentives, training & tools (online/offline), DSRs engagement & demand generation tools to support multiplier effect growth
  • Partner with technical support leader to execute distributors training plan according to Category ABP.
  • Implement acquisition, penetration and loyalty executional plans for end user based on customer segmentation and Category ABP.
  • Execute targeted marketing plans to include online and offline programs and field campaigns that support pipeline acceleration and new customer acquisition
  • Execute Innovation including communication launch plan and manage / capture customers acceptance
  • Execute category campaigns objective / strategy ensuring their ROI working jointly with integrated team and capture learnings to continue improving omnichannel impact
  • Partner with technical support leader to execute
  • Performance & action plan tracking. Metrics related to Acquisition, Penetration and Loyalty
  • Budget management
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer's journey.
  • Capture portfolio issues from the market and scale it to category team.
  • Support data capture from customers (price, product demands, trends) in order to generate compelling insights

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in marketing or related areas in consumer goods and/or B2B companies
  • Graduated in administrative or areas related to marketing.
  • Intermediatehigh English


  • MS Office skills

  • Especially upper intermediate Excel
  • Analytical, autonomous, creative and problemsolving profile
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to lead group activities to activate campaigns and execute events
  • Capacity for teamwork
