Ready to find and generate leads that add to the bottom line of the company?
The Inside Sales role will focus on new customer acquisition.

This position involves partnering with assigned sales reps to identify prospects to call, following up on event and web leads.

Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to obtain marketing qualified leads (MQL) and sales qualified leads (SQL) to help build the sale pipeline.


Responsibilities:


  • Partnering with enterprise sales team to identify target accounts
  • Working closely with Marketing to follow up campaigns in a timely manner
  • Developing your understanding of Stibo Systems' offering VS client needs
  • Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources (Hoovers D&B. Zoom Info, LinkedIn/LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Qualifying leads according to BANT criteria and passing them onto Sales reps when they are Sales ready.
  • Use Salesforce to report on what you do and log meaningful activities
Inside Sales Requirements and Qualifications
A few lines about the personal traits this person needs to possess.

Moreover, you:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Must be motivated and well spoken
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goaloriented (5 SQLs/month)
  • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Indepth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Previous experience in as an inside sale, or related sales experience required
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
