We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish & English) representative to deliver world-class customer support and build customer satisfaction


Job Summary
The supplier will provide services for customer's merchants utilizing platform for transactions processing.

Inbound calls from merchant with inquiries about full card number information to re process transactions, confirming transactions, statements assistance, changes in the accounts, guidance in how to verify the information, etc.


Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that customers receive the highest quality customer service.
  • Responds to customer service inquiries regarding transactions.
  • Delivers service at a high standard while knowing when to escalate and where to go for information.
