We are currently recruiting for a
Procurement Solutions Manager for Digital Services located in
Bogota, Colombia or
Prague, Czech Republic.

The Data Science & Digital Services (DS2) Team is crafting the future of Procurement at J&J

The main responsibilities are:

Responsible for the design standards & methodologies in the process domain, and ensures detailed processes are being optimally applied.
Works with IT to proactively review system release notes, SAAS roadmaps, and change requests, and applies their knowledge to optimally assess impact on existing & planned solutions.
Supports Solution Engineers with the delivery of solution design assets.
Screens continuous improvement ideas for the function domain received from customers, provides an initial perspective on disposition of the ideas and champions improvements through the Procurement Change Control process. When required, partnering with collaborators from external functions on change requests and acting as Procurement coowner for Technology.
Facilitates collaboration with business partners and process owners in regional service centers on key initiatives (R2P platform health) and transformation projects that focus on growing automation, process harmonization and improving user experience ("UX").
Promotes an everimproving user experience by practicing UX Design principles.

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or similar field is required.
4+ years IT or proven experience is required.
Experience with process mapping, process optimization, & requirements management is required.
Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic, sophisticated, and virtual environment is required.
Innovative, a selflearner, and have a passion for advancing the business through technology.
Customerfocused and empathetic.
Fast learner with robust analytical decisionmaking, interpersonal, leadership, influencing, and presentation skills.
Proficient in the English language.
Ability to work across time zones (after hours local time) is required.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% is required.
An understanding of Sourcing, Contract, and / or R2P systems enabling Procurement processes is preferred.
Experience with translating strategies into business capabilities, and engineering solutions to enable new capabilities is required.
Experience deploying technology solutions is required.
Experience interacting with external technology providers is required.
Rapid Value Realization, Design Thinking, and / or Six Sigma Green Belt / Design Excellence experience is preferred.
Experience with UX Design is preferred.
Experience in technical writing preferred.
