About the job Sr. Salesforce QA Engineer

The client, a leading global provider of software, systems, and service solutions to the restaurant and retail industries, has started a project to build a new Salesforce organization and is looking for someone to help them through that.

In partnership with internal Product Management and third-party consulting, you will be responsible for the test plan design, refinement, coordination, and execution.

The Sr.

Salesforce QA Engineer is a critical member of the team who will help to ensure that a solution is fit for the needs of the client's stakeholders.

The QA Engineer will work closely with the entire client's project team to review the overall requirements, develop test plans/cases, identify defects and push them to resolution, and contribute to the successful launch of resulting solutions.

Skills

Create detailed and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Design test processes and procedures to ensure an endtoend regression test suite to reduce repetitive manual testing
Turn highlevel requirements into test cases through the user story refinement process
Experience with Salesforce Dev Ops is important since the client is an Agile/Scrum shop
Must be able to demo appropriate testing actions to team members and stakeholders

Education and experience

A bachelor's degree in a business or technologyrelated major and relevant Salesforce certification, but the client is flexible depending on your experience
5+ years working with CRM systems in a technical capacity
3+ years performing QA for medium to large Salesforce organizations
Experience with both Sales Cloud and CPQ is required
Availability from Monday to Friday 8 to 5 business hours (ET or CT timezone preferred)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
Strong English (written and verbal) communication skills
