The Opportunity
To provide operational guidance and fulfillment assistance to internal and external clients, meeting company's SLAs efficiently, effectively and with unparalleled service
during a 24/7 rotational shift.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide global fulfillment assistance via GDS to clients.
- Sabre
- Maintain uptodate logins for airline sites assigned to VICs
- Assist external clients, VICs, and VIPs with emergency assistance.
- Provide PTO coverage to VICs that have agreements with F1S for coverage.
- Produce administrative reports.
- Support debit memos management; following the internal process and related reports.
- Completing any special projects requested by management.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English). b2 c
- Experience working with customer support, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Travel Industry experience preferred.
- Office 36
- Strong analytical and detailed oriented.
- Team player with excellent internal customer service, assertive communication, situational leadership skills and strong ethical values.
