Job Summary:

With mínimal direction, the Project Manager manages activities of one or more project teams engaged in the design, implementation, and modification of projects that span across functional organizations. Ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet technical and scope requirements of the assignment.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Establishes daily tasks necessary for successful project or program execution
Using current MNO Transfer Templates, hold periodic reviews to confirm task completion
Collaborates with all levels of stakeholders to establish objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets
In coordination with MNO Transfer Templates and Transfer Gate Process, update timelines and milestones on periodic basis
Resolves issues and ensures task completion by establishing priorities and reaching compromise with team members and functional managers
Recommends project or program decisions, procedures, or policies to higher level management
Provide Feedback on MNO Transfer Templates and tracking to improve process and adapt to all possible transfer scenarios
Analyzes gathered data for decision making in conjunction with other project leaders
Work with project teams to align tasks requirements across all transfer projects to keep consistent process and methods

Expected Areas of Competence:

Expert knowledge of industry practices.

Education/Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 68 years of experience managing and successfully delivering projects OR
Master's degree with 57 years of experience managing and successfully delivering projects PMI or equivalent certification required
