Zensar Technologies is seeking an entry level Project Specialist Lead in Colombia. This is an onsite role fulltime with benefits.


Role and Responsibilities Experience:
5 – 6 years Lead and manage entire support operations. Be first point of escalation. Control support metrics. Work in an operations team supporting requests related to project lifecycle. Understand customer tools and gain expertise on using those. Create excel reports related to various requests. Mandatory Skills Proficient in English and Spanish Experience in leading an operation team. Hands on experience on a ticket management tool like Service Now, Jira etc. Ticket Triaging Hands on experience in Microsoft Excel Strong communication and analytical skills Worked in an operations support team. Desired Skills Advanced excel for report automation.


Education:
