Position:
Sales Development Representative


City:
Bucaramanga (Remote)


Schedule:
Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.


Remuneration:
$2' '600.000


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads for lead generation purposes.
  • Build and maintain a diverse client portfolio, including both new and existing clients.
  • Perform network research to identify potential prospects and opportunities.
  • Stay informed about market trends, buyer preferences, and the competitive landscape.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure business opportunities.

Skills and requirements:


  • Charismatic personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Active listening skills to understand client needs and concerns.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in conducting research on buyers, market trends, and competitors.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel for data analysis and management.
  • Knowledge of the auto motor industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is an advantage.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry changes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
