Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.

We're looking for customer-centric people with strong B2C experience to play a part in this major marketing transformation.

Your 'day to day'


Contribute to delivering brand building, brand awareness, consideration, intent to buy and loyalty for Combustible Cigarettes brands by crafting and being responsible for the communication strategy and local content toolboxes for our brands, across all channels involved in the Consumer Journey, and translate it to key partners guaranteeing that the brand values and global guidelines are accurately represented.


  • Craft the CC's brands segment communication strategy and its ideal deployment by remaining in constant contact with the data captured from sales, the insights from research studies provided by CC analyst, the needs and findings of the Commercial Operations and Regional teams, the category market trends, and consumer behaviors.
  • Accountable for the cluster content, messaging and trans-creation development for CC brands in collaboration with key partners, owning the project communication, kick off, and deployment channel strategy. Developed toolboxes will be produced and implemented by Commercial Operations team.
  • Liaise with legal and External Affairs teams to provide them with all the information to check contents/initiatives and to perform an accurate risk assessment if needed. Guarantee the accurate process to ensure the approvals.
  • Supervise evolution of consumer needs and trends/social currency with CC analyst to find opportunities to strengthen commercial initiatives and content impact among channels.
  • Continuously assess and supervise brands and products communications efficiency initiatives to optimize awareness and brand messages delivery, to drive performance.
  • Working with marketing agencies and content partners, with the strive to build and provide accurate and clear briefings, to develop / localize the communication materials of our brands projects
Who we're looking for?

  • A minimum of a university degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar.
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in marketing, brand strategy, building initiatives, campaigns and working closely with agencies.
  • Preferable experience in brand management, omnichannel campaign developments from insights to deployment.
  • Is a requirement to have knowledge in project management & FFWD or Agile ways of working.
  • Experience with consumer knowledge, insights & Analytics into action.
  • Understanding of trends and ability to respond to consumers wishes.
  • Confirmed experience in FCMG.
  • Advanced English level is required, capable of maintaining conversations with others on daily basis.
