Employment Type:
Indefinite Term Type Contract

  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST
  • Work Setup: Onsite in Bogotá and Medellin

Qualifications Needed for Success


  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher
  • Proven work experience as a Channel Sales Manager, Partner Manager, or in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key personnel in partner accounts
  • Strong coordination skills to engage company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in meeting partner performance objectives
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and strategic objectives in partner accounts
  • Experience leading joint partner planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
  • Ability to continuously assess, clarify, and validate partner needs
  • Experience selling through partner organizations to end users, coordinating with partner sales resources
  • Proficiency in managing potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels through excellent communication and adherence to channel rules of engagement
  • Capability to lead solution development efforts that address enduser needs, involving necessary company and partner personnel
  • Familiarity with ensuring partner compliance with partner agreements
  • Experience driving adoption of company programs among assigned partners
  • Education: Business Administration or related field
  • Tech Stack: CRM

Responsibilities as an Account Manager


  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address enduser needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
  • Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.
  • Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
