    What You'll Do

    The growth marketer is responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies and tactics to further the sales process, nurture prospects, and grow share of wallet with existing clients. They will collaborate with a team of growth marketers salespeople to create account plans and outreach strategies that are relevant to prospective business challenges and engageacross multiple channels and platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in account planning, product and solution marketing, digital marketing, analytics, and creativity.

    You'll report to Vice President Marketing.

    During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Work closely with industry portfolio sales and business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Define, design and implement growth marketing strategies and collaborate to deliver sales enablementwin kitsand campaigns that align with the sales funnel and target segments.
  • Collaborate to optimize and experiment with different channels, platforms, messages, and tactics to increase conversions and retention.
  • Analyze and report on the performance and impact of your specific growth marketing initiatives with support from the insights team.

    • What You Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful growth marketing campaigns that drive revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstratedability to work in a collaborative environment with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in using various marketing platforms, tools, and software.
  • Creative, innovative, and customer-centric mindset.
